As we are a 100%-volunteer organization, Judge currently lives in a foster home. This is what the foster family has to say: 

Judge here. I’m a 3 year old father of two boys (Remus and Romulus). I’m a pretty laid back guy who wouldn’t mind just chilling with my family on the couch. I've gotten a little chubby because sleeping is my favorite thing to do. I still need a little exercise as we all do, but, I’m not like the two crazies that are my sons! They are available for adoption, by the way!  

I’m house and crate trained. But, if I’m being honest…I'm not a fan of that crate. I know I sometimes have to be in there, but I just…don’t….like….it. Maybe when I get a family of my own, I can prove myself worthy of not needing it. I know it will take some time to do, but I’m sure I can!  

I need a patient person who can understand I've not been around much and sometimes I get worried and block everything out. I am fine with other dogs being around me and I might make a good bar/brewery buddy someday!  Life has been great, being able to raise my two boys, and it’s going to be hard to be away from them, but I’m ready, and the boys are ready. Enough for now.....it's nap time!!

Please note that we will require references, home visit and dogs must be kept indoors and not allowed to roam. Our dogs will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations and we will require that your own dogs also be indoors, spayed/neutered and vaccinated.

Judge is available for adoption through Spirit Canine Rescue. We request that all adopters be within reasonable traveling distance to Burlington NC. All dogs will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption and will also be up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper/parvo and bordatella).
